Q1: What is the warranty? What service can you provide?
RE: For the D5 Series LED triproof light,Dualrays provide 5 years warranty.If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.
Q2: What’s the payment methods you can accept ?
RE: We can accept multi payment routes in order to be more flexible and convenient for our customers all over the world,Western Union,Paypal,T/T,L/C.But generally the standard payment method is T/T for bulk orders,30% T/T in advance,balance 70% before shipment The bank information is written in the PI.
Q3: Is there a MOQ? Can I start from small samples?
RE: No MOQ, 1psc sample order for testing welcome. DUALRAYS always do our best to support every customer.
Q4: What is the production time?
RE: Normally 3-5 business days for samples, 10-15 business days for bulk orders.
Q5: Can you do DIAlux Simulation?
RE: Yes, please send us your inquiry and sizes of your applications, we have professional DIAlux team to support you, IES files also can be downloaded on our Website.
Q6: Do you offer intelligent controllers?
RE: Yes, PIR Sensor, Emergency, 1-10V, DALI, Microwave Sensor available, please contact us for details.
Q7: Do you offer OEM or ODM?
RE: OEM and ODM service with customers‘ label is available,various choice for the package as below:

Q8: Can I buy the luminaire housing only?
RE: We normally sell the entire luminaire.
