Exclusive agent policy
The rights and responsibilities to the exclusive agent:
(1) The exclusive agent has the right to deal with all the inquiries from his area except the inquiries from several old customers, we promise that the prices we offer to the exclusive agent will be not higher than the prices we offered to the old customers. We shall offer the detailed information of the old customers before we sign the contract with exclusive agent.
(2) The exclusive agent should arrange their technical staff to our company to for training every half year, to learn the latest LED lighting technology.
(3) The exclusive agent should arrange their staff to visit at factory at least one time every year.

1.How many years can Dualrays provide for the warranty?
3-5 years from the production date.
2.what’s the payment methods you can accept ?

RE: A high power LED, sometimes referred to as a power LED, is one that is driven at current of 350mA or higher.
5.How to explain “ZigBee“ ?
RE: A low -power ,low date rate, local area wireless network; ideal for lighting control.
6.14.How long do LEDs last ?
RE: LEDs are rated by manufacturers to operate under normal conditions or 50000 hours of continuous use. As LEDs get older, they tend to dim and fade but aren’t susceptible to blinking like incandescent.
