After-Sales Service
a. Free guarantee repair (including labor and material): free repair service during the quality warranty period and reasonable charge for spare parts and maintaining service after the quality warranty period. We will never exempt our responsibilities on product owned defects.
b. Spare parts: necessary spare parts are provided together with products to customers.
c. Telephone investigation: our after-sales team will phone the user every month during the warranty period to follow up the working condition of the products, and to discover and solve problems, if necessary.
d. Software upgrade: lifelong maintenance of controlling system, incessant improvement of the system functions and continuous software upgrades.

Q1: Do you offer OEM or ODM?
RE: OEM and ODM service with customers‘ label is available,various choice for the package as below:

Q2: Finished color?
RE: Standard colors: Black / White,other colors can be customized, based on MOQ 50PCS.
Q3: Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
RE: For small order,express will be best.And for bulk order,ship by sea or train(Europe destination) is the best,but take much time.For urgent
orders,we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door.
Q4: Can we get support if we have our own market position?
RE: Please inform us your detailed mind on your market demand. We will discuss and propose helpful suggestion for you to find the best solution for you.
Q5. What about the warranty? What if the LED lights go wrong?
RE: We have 3-5 years of all our products. If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.
Q6. Do LED lights need maintenance? If so, how?
RE: For regular use. There is no need maintenance as long as stable voltage can be assured.
